Cook Club Features Basil




Today at Cook Club we featured the Superfood of the Month, Herbs, on a caprese flatbread with fresh basil. We built the flatbread with Naan bread, a new item to a few residents, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, balsamic vinegar with fresh basil and tomatoes. The residents loved our fresh take on pizza!
