National Nutrition Month Bake Club at BCMCF


In celebration of National Nutrition Month, we served the residents two different recipes at this month’s Cooking/Baking Club! We started with a fresh and delicious Kale and Quinoa Salad which had plenty of superfoods incorporated – including whole grains! The second recipe we made was sweet Chocolate Peanut Butter Powerballs. Each resident got to make their own with their favorite toppings like raisins, chocolate chips, or coconut flakes! Our residents love being involved in the kitchen with us!
