Culinary Innovation - Panna Cotta

Lead Cook Davis Knight from Smith Village, is a graduate of LeCordon Bleu Chicago Culinary School. Dave used his creativity and culinary expertise to enhance the specialty dessert for a catering function. Davis Knight said he "has always been passionate about cooking because it provides a creative outlet for me, and I enjoy doing something that is so important to others". Davis took the initiative to creatively design the pictured panna cotta with various flavored syrups. He took a traditional dessert and transformed it into a culinary masterpiece.
