
Blackened Fish Recipe
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp dried thyme
3/4 cup butter, melted
6 - 6oz trout fillets
Combine the spices and rub each side of the fish fillets. Heat the butter in a skillet, place fillets in the pan of hot butter. Cook for 2 minutes per side.
