Our second edition of Traveling Chefs was held on March 17th at The Moorings of Arlington Heights. Chef Jessica Elliott hosted the St. Patrick's day event without a flaw. The Chefs prepared a St. Patrick's day themed tasting menu for 230 residents which was extremely well received. The following is a list of the Chefs that participated and along with the recipe that they each prepared on display.
