Traveling Chefs at The Moorings

Our second edition of Traveling Chefs was held on March 17th at The Moorings of Arlington Heights. Chef Jessica Elliott hosted the St. Patrick's day event without a flaw. The Chefs prepared a St. Patrick's day themed tasting menu for 230 residents which was extremely well received. The following is a list of the Chefs that participated and along with the recipe that they each prepared on display. It was a fantastic event and the resident feedback was outstanding:
