Wexner Heritage Village uses glass blocks to showcase any food being served from a chafer. The light from the sterno will shine nicely in the glass as well as provide a more pleasant visual than dull stainless steel. The glass block can also be used as risers for trays/plates, to surround ice/beverage tubs, or even used as a backdrop on buffets that are up against a wall.
