On Labor Day, the team from the Weils, a Montefiore Community, in Chagrin Falls, Ohio joined approximately 20 other groups, restaurants and caterers for a “Totally Kosher Rib Burn Off”. The Rib Burn Off was a community event to raise funds for the Gross Schechter Day School’s Tuition Assistance Program. While the team did not bring home an award, they were one of the first to completely sell out of ribs; unofficially crowning them the “people’s choice” winners.
