Travel the World with Food and Wine at Christian Rest Homes

We held our first annual Fundraising Dinner at Christian Rest Home on Thursday, October 6th, 2011. Tickets were sold for $75 each and included a four course meal, each course paired with a wine. Considering that this was the first time we did this event, the turnout was terrific and we sold a surprisingly large number of tickets. 
Chef Vince prepared the food for all four courses and the guests absolutely raved about it. Everyone that attended had a great time and numerous people mentioned told us they would be back next year. We all had a blast putting the event together and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect night. Thanks to the hard work of Chef Vince Sturgis, Cathy Walter our R.D. and Kathy Lesky our Food Service Supervisor the event was extremely successful.
