Our Taste theme this month was breakfast for dinner, we took  classic breakfast items and gave them a fun twist and the residents were  pleasantly surprised when once they realized they weren’t getting scrambled eggs  and pancakes. 
Starter  Course: Danish ~  Mushroom, Sausage Pastry with fresh herbs and a tomato couli
Salad  Course: Bacon and Eggs ~  Mixed greens with golden beets and a Dijon vinagrette with bacon lardons  and sunny side up quail eggs
3rd  Course Lobster & Waffles ~  Cheddar Herb Corn Bread Waffles with Lobster Butter aside Lobster  Chili
Entrée:  Lox and Bagels ~  Bagel Crusted Salmon Filet over Creamed Cheese Spinach
