On Friday, May 4, 2012, Lieberman Center put on a festive
Cinco de Mayo celebration in the Nosh, our retail outlet. We combined the event along with this month’s
My Marketing Plan promotion of Superfood – Avocado. The menu featured Taco Salad and Enchiladas,
both of which came with homemade guacamole.
One of the customer favorites was the elotes made from corn on the cob,
fresh lime juice and parmesan cheese. The results were a rousing success. It was enjoyed by our client and the entire
staff of Lieberman Center.
