Mother's Day at Lake Forest Place

 

At Lake Forest Place our Mother's Day brunch was well received by the over 230 guests in our independent dining room. A few of the items enjoyed were a cold buffet with a decorated poached salmon, duck salad, shellfish salad; hot buffet with beef tenderloin, chicken cordon bleu asparagus, carrots and Duchess potatoes; the every popular breakfast buffet with waffles and omelets to order. The sweet table is always an exciting finish to a great meal.
