Traveling Chefs at Lake Forest Place

On the 26th of April, Lake Forest Place hosted their second annual Traveling Chefs Event. This event was made a success from "all sous-chefs"
  • Alan Miller from Weinberg made a delicious Thai Chicken Curry with Rice Noodles and Orange cooked a la minute to dazzle the senses
  • Clay Erickson from Lieberman prepared and put on his demo show with his rice flour wraps filled with shrimp, an array of herbs and vegetables with a hoison-peanut sauce
  • Aurelio Ortega from Weinberg brought some spice with his shredded beef Tinga
  • Frankie Abundes from Villa St Benedict brought vibrant colors by cooking to order fresh homemade squid ink ravioli pasta stuffed with shrimp alfredo and topped with pesto
  • Jose Tinoco of Lake Forrest Place charmed the crowd with his Lobster Bisque with tomato- cheese crostini.
