- Clay Erickson from Lieberman prepared and put on his demo show with his rice flour wraps filled with shrimp, an array of herbs and vegetables with a hoison-peanut sauce
- Aurelio Ortega from Weinberg brought some spice with his shredded beef Tinga
- Frankie Abundes from Villa St Benedict brought vibrant colors by cooking to order fresh homemade squid ink ravioli pasta stuffed with shrimp alfredo and topped with pesto
- Jose Tinoco of Lake Forrest Place charmed the crowd with his Lobster Bisque with tomato- cheese crostini.
