The Customer Service Cook


Kisha Marshall one of the breakfast cook at Wexner Haritage Village often uses notes of encouragement during her shift.
 
When Kisha notices that residents do not choose enough food for their meal, she visits their room to see what she can make for them off-menu. She shows genuine concern for not only their meal satisfaction but their nutrition risk as well.
 
Kisha also responded to a resident's concern regarding food at meal time. Kisha took the matter upon herself and went to the residents room. After addressing the concern Kisha informed the teamthat the issue had been resolved. The manor that Kisha used is how all concerns should be handled with, the common approach in good customer service (meet face to face). Kisha has taken good customer service to the next level. Providing great hospitality by sending a hand written note to this resident and others just lets them know that someone cares about them.
 
Kisha's passion is cooking but she really shows off her talent in front of the community when she does display cooking once a month.
