On February 21st we celebrated our 3rd annual traveling chefs at Villa St
Benedict. The team prepared some delicious food out in our Piazza.
Chris Moore VSB prepared a Vienamese style ox tail-soup (Pho) with sirachi
and pickled ginger
Mario Radilla VSB prepared roasted turkey and cheese empanadas with
guacamole
Jeffrey Kania from Cantata Adult Living prepared braised pork cheeks with sun
dried tomato polenta
Silas Pinto from The Moorings prepared dirty shrimp with sweet-potato risotto
with lobster broth
Alan Miller from The Weinberg Community prepared a baked to order chocolate
cake batter waffle with cream
Brooke Eimerman ADDS VSB prepared a special drink in the bar she called
"Babbling Brook" a champagne, cranberry and grenadine cocktail
