Every month we try to motivate our
employees to be the best at what they do. We are currently running a contest
called “Clean as we go!” Employees are
encouraged to clean as they walk through the building in efforts to maintain a
clean and healthy environment for our residents.
Supervisors and staff members were
given raffle tickets to pass out to an employee cleaning or performing a task with
extra effort and enthusiasm. Those who
receive a ticket have the opportunity to win a gift card. The more tickets you
get, the greater the opportunity. At the
end of the month we held our drawing and had four lucky winners.
This month’s winners were, Valya Chilikova,
Tyrisse Silmon, Ana Campillo and Homer Lewis.
