A thank you to our residents at WHC

 

A treat before dinner at Windridge goes a long ways for the Western Home Communities!

 

Residents in Windridge Independent Living are very gracious to provide their dining room for a multitude of events that are from the Cedar Falls/Waterloo community.  With that being said this past week the dining services team wanted to thank them with a special appetizer get together before dinner.  Bloody Mary’s and other goodies were served to residents who came down for dinner a little early and boy were they pleased.  Conversations swirled the halls and before long their were many many residents ready to try the beautiful creations from the chefs on campus.  There were even a few residents who had the opportunity to try some of these treats for the first time, and even into the next day they were raving about how great the drinks were.  These small tokens of our appreciation to these residents really has gone a long ways, also contributing to building stronger relationships with the residents we serve.
