Cantata hosts the Traveling Chefs

On January 15th, Cantata hosted their 3rd Annual Traveling Chefs. We partnered with the Life Enrichment Department to coordinate the Celebration of Cantata's 2nd Birthday. We had 5 chefs partake in the event.

Mark Kroplewski from Cardinal Stritch prepared a seared salmon filet with an herb salad tossed in a lemon vinaigrette.

From Lieberman Center we had Millicent Lagares and she prepared an open faced empanada with a chimichuri sauce.

Chris Moore, from Presbyterian Homes, dazzled us with his seared Kobe Beef with a Korean BBQ sauce served over sushi rice and topped with pickled vegetables.

Rob Campbell from Westminster place treated us to some homemade ravioli stuffed with an apple cinnamon poached chicken and ricotta topped with a butternut squash puree.

Jeff Kania from Cantata prepared a braised pork and tomato mushroom ragu served in an endive leaf and topped with homemade pickled red onions.
