Last week we had our annual Bronson Place Formal Dinner for our Independent Living. Our upscale menu had Roasted Porterhouse, Lobster, Scallops & Lamb Chops for our four entrées choices. Every year we feature Hank's Dessert Trio which is always a favorite! This year's trio consisted of a White Chocolate Dipped Strawberry, Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake, Decadent Chocolate Pâté and garnished with Sliced Star Fruit. Resident's raved about this year's menu and enjoyed dancing to the live Big Band!
