To enhance the culinary experience at
Smith Crossing, Chef Davis Knight has developed a birthday program to recognize
our residents’ special days. Each
resident receives a birthday card signed by the members of the dining
department and a complimentary slice of birthday cake after their dinner. The residents love the idea and enjoy singing
“Happy Birthday” to their neighbors.
