Keeping the menu fresh at Wesleyan Village


Here at Wesleyan Village, we have a restaurant style menu in our Independent Dining Room. We change this menu every month. In January, a few of our dishes included:
  • Pizza Skins Stuffed with Mozzarella and Pepperoni served with Pizza sauce and Garnished with Fried Basil
  • Honey Soy Pork Tenderloin grilled and topped with our fresh pineapple salsa
  • Hungarian Goulash served with Puff Pastry and our Home Made Sour Cream
  • Asian Noodle Bowl with Orange Ginger Black Bean Sauce Garnished with pepper Medley, Cucumber, and Toasted Cashews
  • Pan Roasted Airline Chicken Topped with a White Wine Dijon Mustard Demi Glace and Garnished with Black Truffle Pate and Micro Greens.
