Chef Trevor was approached to do appetizers for a plaque presentation by the Alzheimer Association. This was the perfect opportunity to help raise awareness about the diet which can help prevent the disease, and also include National Nutrition Month. 8 things that the “Mind Diet” says are important to include in your diet to help prevent the disease are. Legumes, Olive Oil, Fish, Berries, Nuts, Whole Grains, Leafy Greens and Wine.
