Sanilac Medical Care Facility offered a healthy savor the flavor choice in our café. It consisted of tropical fruit displays along with a vegetable quinoa salad, and a cold three bean salad. We also served herbed chicken with risotto for lunch and topping it off with a pumpkin roll for dessert. It was a great learning and tasting opportunity for all!
