This Easter at Smith Crossing we hosted a brunch for over 400 residents and guests. We had a carving station where we served ham and rack of lamb, a breakfast station where cooks made omelets, waffles, and French toast to order, and a dessert bar. The residents loved the food and service and the guests were impressed with the event.
