Lake Forest Place held an Easter Brunch Buffet Extravaganza in our recently renovated Inverness Room! Our menu featured a "Create Your Own Omelet Bar", Eggs Benedict, Waffles made to order, Bone-In Ham Roast with a Honey Apple Raisin sauce, Roasted Leg of Lamb with a Mint Jus, Roasted Asparagus, O'Brien Potatoes, Honey Glazed Carrots, and Shrimp Pesto Pasta.

Our talented Pastry Chef, Robin Swartzman, created a full table of desserts! She made 11 different desserts ranging from cookies to lamb shaped cakes, and everything in between.


The Lake Forest Place Team did a great job setting this all up! Congrats Team on a job well done!
