Holy
Thursday is a sacred week when the faithful await the celebration of the
Resurrection of Jesus Christ on Easter Sunday. Sisters, Servants of the
Immaculate Heart of Mary also known as IHM allowed us to help celebrated Holy
Thursday with them. We were honored to be able to prepare their traditional
menu which consists of:
§ Spinach
Salad with Raspberry Dressing
§ Hot
Cross Buns
§ Lamb
with Mint Jelly
§ Apricot
Glazed Chicken Breast
§ Rice
Pilaf, Fresh Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce
§ Date
Bars
Everything
was made in house! The Sisters came in at 4:15 pm and were all done eating by
5:30 pm and ready to head to Mass. It was a GREAT night!
