We hosted a Chef's Demonstration in preparation of our upcoming "A Meal In the Life" Caribbean meal. Chef Paul prepared an appetizer dish with some Island flair. Fried Green Tomatoes with Homemade Aioli was a delicious treat for the afternoon. All herbs used came right from our own herb garden here at the Fountains. After the cooking demonstration, he whet the resident's appetites for the upcoming meal. An exciting event to start our summer off right!
