Client Luncheon at The Waters

On Tuesday, August 2nd we had the pleasure of cooking up some lunch for Kevin Svagdis and our clients at the Waters of Highland Park in Saint Paul, MN. With less than a days notice of the event, Chef Grady Meagher and our team managed to put together a lunch buffet consisting of Classic Caesar Salad, Strawberry Brie Salad with Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette, Garlic and Onion Kettle Chips, Garlic Grilled Focaccia, Clubhouse Wraps, Grecian Quinoa Salad Wraps, Turtle Cupcakes, Fresh Berry Tarts and Chocolate Mousse Tarts. This was a great example of what our teams can accomplish when we work together!
