On March 17, The Waters Restaurant Group (WRG) catered a day-long Waters Leadership Retreat at The Waters of Edina in Minnesota. The client requested buffet service for convenience and efficiency in serving 65 managers at this fast-paced working meeting. The chefs added creativity to the breakfast, lunch and snack menus with Irish fare and green food accents in honor of St. Patrick’s Day. In addition to catering the event, WRG managers participated in the retreat and MCL trainers Tom Rummel and Alex Shiver facilitated leadership sessions for dynamic client engagement.
