Last week we had a very bitter sweet moment at Lake Forest Place. We celebrated our Sous Chef Patrick Cleope's last day at LFP because he has been promoted to the Executive Chef at The Moorings. Patrick has been a very strong member of the dining team for about two and a half years and has left a lasting impression on residents and employees alike. He is a very unique chef, he has been very successful at filling a roll that involves a very wide range of talents everything from healthcare menus to fine dining menus. We have asked a lot from him during his time here and he didn't only get everything done, he went above and beyond to ensure our residents' satisfaction.
We would like to wish him the best of luck in his new position and that we will miss him greatly at Lake Forest Place.
