These photos are of the dinner and a movie event held tonight at Franklin United Methodist Community (FUMC). The meal was prepared and plated by sous chef Jeff Simpson. The meal was a wedge salad with bacon, and tomatoes, Entrée-Herb butter spaghetti, roasted vegetables, and seared dover sole, with a lemon herb compound butter. Dessert-Coffee toffee pie topped with honey glazed berries.
The menu when we do dinner and a movie comes from celebrity recipes, usually at least one actor from the movie that is being shown. There is also popcorn, boxes of candy, and refreshments served while watching the movie. The movie show tonight was South Pacific.
