Every holiday I try and do something special for the employees that are "forced" to work. Normally it's a cupcake or cookie, or this past Easter I gave them all a box of Girl Scout Cookies. This Thanksgiving I decided to be a little crafty. These simple gifts go a long way in helping my team understand how much I appreciate them.
