This
month EHM Senior Solutions - Brecon Village dining and nutrition team
hosted a local BSN nursing student during his Capstone project. Marc
lives locally and has a special interest in nutrition and older adults.
Marc teamed up with Christina Weber MS, RD and Chef Travis to create a
general, interactive class for the residents at a Brecon Village. Chef
created a fruit and vegetable slaw for the residents and the residents
asked for this healthy item to be placed on the permanent menu!
