A.D.A.P.T.
(Advanced Development and Planned Transition) is a program designed to
identify and make ready unit level managers for promotion to multi-unit
level positions. The program consists of six rigorous modules, with a
comprehensive project to focus on creativity, innovation, and hands-on
learning with senior leaders.
My
journey with ADAPT provided an invaluable experience, from shadow
opportunities with RDOs in various sectors, acquiring new leadership
skills through programs such as Situational Leadership, networking, to
presenting my final project to senior leaders.
