The EHM Senior Solutions team at Saline hosted the Annual Meeting of the Corporation on January 29th at the Center for Innovation and Education. This event was attended by board members and their spouses, the corporate and administrative team, and special award winners and their families. The menu developed and executed by Chef Todd Stapnowski and his team (with special help from Chef Travis Ringler) included pear and almond brie, roasted Brussels sprouts, grain salad in black bean cups, spanakopita, mini Greek salad cups, vegetable spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce, broccoli and cheddar stuffed redskins, potato pancakes with chive sour cream, assorted cheese, meats, and olives, lemon garlic shrimp, peanut chicken satay, and teriyaki glazed tenderloin kabobs. Desserts included assorted bar cookies, passion tarts, macarons, and pastel tulips filled with chocolate mousse.
The variety in the menu items was appreciated by those in attendance that noted the many vegetarian options available.
