On February 13th we celebrated Fat Tuesday and Mardi Gras here at Superior Care Home.
Our staff and residents all pitched in together to decorate and plan for the event. Executive Chef Jason Hoskins and his culinary staff planned and prepared the special menu. The menu included Homemade Beignets, Lump Crab cakes with lemon remoulade sauce, Gulf Shrimp and creole rice and a New Orleans Muffuletta. A wonderful time was had by all and it was a great success.
