The team at the Weils, a Montefiore Community, in Chagrin Falls, Ohio took it's passion for cooking into the community with a cooking demonstration at a local Senior Center. The menu and preparation for Cedar Plank Salmon with an Orange, Honey and Ginger Glaze served atop Charred Corn and Edamame Succotash was demonstrated to a group of approximately 50. The class focused on the healthy components of the menu and the benefits of incorporating Super Foods like Salmon and Edamame into ones diet. A sampling of the dish followed with rave reviews and an invite to come back again soon.
