Culinary Fun at Smith Crossing

 This month at Smith Crossing, our Sous Chef, Katie Lyons, did a bananas foster action station in our main dining room.  The residents were amazed by the high flames and enjoyed the special dessert.

Typically residents at Smith Crossing only get the chance to see a small filet of salmon on their dinner plate.  This month, our Chef, Davis Knight, brought in whole salmon to show the residents what goes on behind the scenes.  He went through all of the steps from fabrication to preparation, and the residents even got to sample the finished product!
