The residents
enjoyed potato salad, fresh watermelon, bratwurst w/sauerkraut, kielbasa,
burgers, apple pie and blueberry pie.
I believe the residents loved the food but they loved seeing the cooks and
conversing with the staff and fellow residents as well.
Buffets have been received by the residents as a wonderful option, so the Peace Village team is going to make a staple every Sunday.
