Felician Sisters in Chicago Takes on Small Plates


On January 10 & 11, Chef Jeremy introduced Small Plates Desserts to our Main Dining Room and OLA sisters. Mini Carmel Apple Pie action station: a 4 inch pie shell is filled with warm granny smith apple pie filling, topped with gram cracker crumbs, fresh cream and drizzled with home made carmel sauce.

The Sisters really enjoyed the "smaller" sized desserts.
