Culinary Feature for Black History Month

At Central Baptist Village the Culinary team is blessed with talents of a great Chef T.J. Valogun, who is originally from Nigeria in Africa. Therefore, in observance of National Black History Month, we offered our residents an African Port of Call Special that was conceived, and created by TJ himself.

The menu included Pepper Shrimp, flavorful sautéed tomato spinach over a bed of rice. The meal was finished with a wonderful African Sweet pudding made of corn flour and Honey.

The residents loved the dish and truly enjoyed their culinary safari.
