We celebrated President's Day with a fabulous brunch at Westminster Place with over 300 covers!
The menu consisted of: Mimosas, Chicken Noodle Soup, Antipesto Salad, Tossed Mixed Green Salad, Shrimp Cocktail, a Fruit Platter and Imported Cheese Display, Carved Prime Rib, Grilled Barramundi w/ Black Bean Puree, Probiotic Blueberry Pancakes, Bacon & Sausage, Savory Rice Pudding, Green Beans w/ Bacon & Onions, an Omelet Station, and the main event was an Italian Risotto Chef Station!
