Traveling Chefs returned to Villa St Benedict for its 1st Anniversary. Chef Chris Moore prepared a Coconut Lemon Grass Soup a la minute, Chef Richard Lozada prepared Shredded Pork Belinis and Tomatillo Sauce, Chef Jeff Kania prepared Chocolate Beignet "Burger", Chef Mark Kroplewski prepared Chicken Rellettes with Sour Beer Gelatin and Pickled Vegetables and Chef Bart Stopyra prepared a Grilled Shrimp and Crab Quesadilla. This event was well attended by residents and staff. Can't wait until next year!
