Here are some pictures of our last month’s baking with the chefs . We did a Cupcake War type of day, that the residents enjoyed very much. We gave them some basic recipes of cupcakes to prepare and gave them the freedom to come up with some ideas. We made a cream cheese stuffed chocolate cupcake with cherries, a caramel taffy apple cupcake and a lemon raspberry glazed citrus cupcake. They had a lot of fun with it. Next month’s adventure will be soups and fresh baked bread. We always put out what we do for the other residents to enjoy in our foyers as well as new visitors coming in to tour the community. A win win promotion.
