On March 20th the King Home in Evanston hosted the Morrison Traveling Chefs.
First up was the host chef Brian Kozlow who prepared sesame-chicken and lettuce wraps.
Second was Chris Moore from Villa St Benedict who prepared chocolate donut holes served over creme anglaise sauce with marinated berries.
Third was Sous-Chef Neville West representing Westminster Place, he prepared teriyaki marinated beef tenderloin skewers with sweet chili sauce.
Fourth was Sous-Chef Stephen Letica representing Lieberman, he made homemade egg rolls stuffed with braised red cabbage, corned beef and complemented with goat cheese-horeseradish dipping sauce.
Fifth was Sous-Chef Mario Radilla also representing Villa St Benedict, he prepared Carribean Jerk seasoned pork tenderloin cutlet with white rice, black beans and a sweet mango glaze.
