We recently honored our lovely volunteers for all they do for us at Christian
Rest Home with a special luncheon. We had about 50 volunteers attend the
luncheon. Chef Vince planned the menu: Fruit and Yogurt Chicken Salad in a
pineapple boat, tea infused fresh fruit and a cinnamon
roll. For
dessert, we served a small blueberry, yogurt and granola parfait. The
volunteers loved it!
