Our Independent Living Tenants held their spring meeting last week and gave us the opportunity to serve them a party! The evening started with a Cocktail Hour where the chosen cocktail of the night was a Cable Car Martini. The appetizers consisted of a cheese and fruit display, roasted vegetables and hummus with homemade pita chips and shrimp with a mango cocktail sauce. The meal consisted of lamb chops and prosciutto wrapped pork loin with all the sides. Dessert was a mini fresh fruit tart with Creme' Anglaise and raspberry sauce. They loved it!
