Chef's Corner at Indiana Masonic Home: Flourless Cake

At the Indiana Masonic Homes, this Chefs Corner was a hit that consisted of a mini flourless chocolate cake, crème de mint whip cream, macerated strawberries, a home made caramel sauce, and last but not least chocolate stick.
