The team at Western Homes in Cedar Falls, Iowa had their first resident engagement activity on Monday. The afternoon luncheon was started by Chef
Richard Hoelzel's Cucumber Mint Spritzer.
Chef Darin and his team followed with a Spring Tomato Gazpacho,
Chopped Cobb Salad, an Amuse Bouche of a Blackberry wrapped in
Cotton Candy and the meal ended with an Almond and Pear Tart. The guests were
very happy with the meal and are looking forward to more.
