Employee Appreciation at Jacobetti Home for Veteran's

On May 8, Morrison Senior Living of Jacobetti Home for Veterans in Marquette Michigan prepared and served the bi-annual Associate Appreciation Meal for Nursing, Maintenance and Administration of the facility. The meal was served to cover all shifts 11:30a.m., 7:30p.m. and 12:30a.m.  It was a delicious Spring menu enjoyed by over 160 participants. It consisted of a Barbecued Chicken Sandwich; the recipe was created using our purchasing program's chicken breast paprika, and was served on a Ciabatti Roll. Also served were outdoor grilled Bratwurst and Italian Sausage with peppers & onions, Creamy Mustard Potato Salad, Italian Bowtie Pasta and Fresh Vegetable Vinaigrette, Fresh Fruit Salad and a variety of Homemade Bars and Cookies.

The event was a huge success and well appreciated by all.
