The dining services team at Three Crowns Park hosted a dinner event in June
called, "A Night to Remember" in which residents took a path down memory lane.
The Chef prepared a Field Green's Salad, Choice of Salmon or Beef Wellington,
Twice Baked Potato, Sautéed Zucchini, and Chocolate Bundt Cake. A
PowerPoint presentation followed, led by D.D.S. Susan
Heyden, displaying old photos of residents in which everyone had
to guess who the photos belonged to. Over 70 residents attended the event and 40
residents provided photos to be displayed. The event was a huge success and
initiated great conversation and laughter.
